BOSTON’S NORTH SHORE

 

At one time, the towns and fishing villages of Cape Ann, just one hour’s drive north of Boston, staged the Salem witch trials and were home to the nation’s richest merchants. Gloucester, scene of  the movie “The Perfect Storm,”  was once the nation’s busiest fishing port.
